| Cajun Hot Sauce Festival |

The SugArena will hold its annual Cajun Hot Sauce Festival all day April 9 through April 11 at The SugArena located on Louisiana 3212 just outside New Iberia. For more information, call 365-7539.

| Guys, dolls production |
|
IPAL will present the Broadway musical Guys and Dolls March 5 through 21 at the Eessane Theater in New Iberia. Performances will be at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 3 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are available at Delaune's Pharmacy on N. Lewis Street. Paul's Flower Shop on Weeks Street and Accentrics on Main Street.

| Highland fundraiser |
Highland Baptist Church's annual Heavenly Fish Dinner benefiting the American Belarussian Relief Organization will be held Friday, March 26 from 11am-1pm. The Dinner will include fried catfish, white beans and rice, bread and a homemade brownie. Tickets are $7 each and can be purchased by calling the church office at 37-365-5471

The annual Creole Festival on the Teche will held April 9 - 11 in Jeanerette City Park, Tarleton St. The event will feature a carnival, live entertainment, Cajun food and more.

|
The Shadows-on-the-Teche will present its Jazz Brunch from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. on April 11 on the historic grounds. Guest chef is Executive Chef Chuck Subra Jr. from La Cote Brasserie Restaurant in New Orleans. For more information contact Catherine Schramm at 369-6446.

| Easter egg hunt |

The Iberia Parish Recreation Department is holding its annual Easter Egg Hunt with registration at 10 a.m. March 20 at Francis Memorial Park in Coteau and at Weeks Park in Lydia and at 1 p.m. at Willow Wood Park. Hunts are open to children 12 and under. For more information, contact 365-6197.

| Creole Festival Cabbage Ball Tournament |

There will be a cabbage ball tournament in conjunction with the Creole Festival, benefiting St. Joseph Catholic School, on April 9-11. Teams must be coed, consisting of five girls and five boys. For more information, contact Mike or Gretchen Brown at 276-2244.

| Treatment Options Program |
Fresenius Medical Care New Iberia is hosting a free Treatment Options Program to educate new and potential dialysis patients on kidney disease and the different forms of dialysis services available to them. Open to the greater New Iberia community, this program is designed to help patients make informed decisions about which kind of dialysis best suits their health and lifestyle needs.
Program will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. at 609 Rue De Brille St. in New Iberia.

| ABWA monthly chapter meeting |

The American Business Women's Association holds its monthly meeting every third Tuesday at the Holiday Inn in New Iberia. Anyone is invited to attend, but a reservation must be made on the Monday prior to the each meeting.
