8 to10 large baked yams
2 sticks butter/margarine

1 cup honey/corn syrup
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Peel and mash potatoes; add 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup honey/syrup, cinnamon, salt and butter/margarine. Mix well.
Place in a casserole dish or mini ramekins. Bake 30-40 minutes covered.
Praline Topping:
Combine 1 stick butter/margarine, pecans. Add 1-1/2 cups brown sugar, add all purpose flour. Mixture should be crumble-looking. Sprinkle over casserole or ramekins. Bake uncovered for 5-10 minutes. Watch carefully.

Yummy Yam Cobbler
1 stick butter
1 29-ounce can Bruce's Cut Yams
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
Melt butter in 2 1/2-quart casserole in 350 degree oven. Remove from oven and stir in yams, flour, sugar and baking powder. Return to oven and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
