A native and lifelong resident of New Iberia, Mrs. Sisk died Sunday, November 15, 2009, at 1 a.m. at her daughter’s residence in New Iberia. She was a past member of the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed going to the casino and eating out. “Maw” really loved gatherings with her family.
Survivors include her husband, Roger Sisk of New Iberia; children Bobby Sisk and wife, Pearl, Lee Sisk and Rebecca Bacas and husband, Alan, all of New Iberia and a brother Serving Romero of New Iberia; grandchildren Chelsie, Richaline and Ali Sisk, Tyler, Alana, Bryce and Aimee Bacas, all of New Iberia and her great-grandchildren Abagail and Layla Sisk, also of New Iberia.

Pallbearers will be Bobby and Lee Sisk, Alan, Tyler and Bryce Bacas, Matthew Castille and Travis Larive.
Honorary pallbearers will be Roger Sisk, Serving and Gary Romero and Roy Comeaux.
