LeBlanc - Abu-hijleh

Trisha Lane LeBlanc and Hasan Samir Abu-hijleh were married on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009, at Vermilionville. The bride is the daughter of Ricky and Lori LeBlanc of New Iberia and the groom is the son of Samir and Haifa Abu-hijleh of Lafayette. Kermit J. Guidry officiated at the double ring ceremony.

 The bride wore a dress of chiffon flowing into a soft A-line with a halter fully beaded bodice and sunburst pleated skirt. Her headpiece was a chapel veil with rhinestone trim overlaying the gown. She carried a palm mander bouquet of gold Dutch poms, accented with chocolate, light yellow and red roses.

Tera LeBlanc served as maid of honor and Allison Breaux as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Kimberly LeBlanc, Michelle Lopez and Rosalyn Landry. Junior bridesmaids were Brittney and Brooklyn Breaux. Lainee LeBlanc served as flower girl.

Dominic Russo served as best man and groomsmen were Jonathan Diaz, Joshua Diaz, Jared LeBlanc and Louay Salam.

A reception was held at Vermilionville. The couple will reside in Lafayette.
