" To "Sam I am": You may be watching too many CSI or CRIMINAL MINDS episodes. You might want to drop the remote for a while and read a good book. The investigating agencies know how to do their jobs. Another suggestion to you is let them do it. Stirring the pot just for the sake of stirring it is not necessary, and only serves to show off your intelligence level. Remember, everyone accused of a crime in the USA is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, and not a court in an online forum. "

" Have they identified all the kids in the photographs found on Keith Koen's computer? How many pitcure did they find?

From what I have seen in newspapers and heard, the police detectives are only focusing their investigation on Koen's computer and his online activity. But to have a complete investigation, they need to do the following: Canvas the neighborhood, going door to door, showing Keith Koen's picture and asking if anyone saw him hanging around any particular kids. Ask around the neighborhood to see if he took any kids into his house.

" Keith Koen may not have been accused of child molestation, yet, but how do we really know what he has been doing for 25 years? He is 41. Any phychiatrist will tell you that people who look at kid pornograph almost always take the next step of child molestation and start young. Until a complete investigation is conducted of his entire life, we will never know for sure. Remember, very young kids are easy pray who can be tricked or intimidated (especially by a deputy) into "Don't tell mommy and daddy." Complete investigation needed! "

" Koen didn't do anything different than a former purchasing agent for the parish did. Illicit pictures on a parish computer. Haney did nothing to pursue any wrong doings in this case. Another case of no harm; no foul. "

" A bond is set to be sure that he appears in court. there is nothing to suggest he is a flight risk.Remember there is a constitution. Also, he wasn't accussed of harming a child. He is accussed of having photos on a computer. I think the bond was set in good faith by a district court judge. Maybe find out who set the bond and go and ask he or she who set it if you don't agree. "
