Time to vote for Players of the Week

Nominations have closed and voting has begun for Dauterive Hospital/Daily Iberian Players of the Week for games of Oct. 15-16.

To vote, select the offensive player and the defensive player you want from the list in the poll on the left side of the sports page of The Daily Iberian Web site.

Voting concludes early Thursday afternoon, with the top vote-getters announced in a story on Friday.

The winning offensive and defensive player each receives a special T-shirt and certificate as Offensive Player of the Week and Defensive Player of the Week.

The program is sponsored by Dauterive Hospital and The Daily Iberian.
