Monsignor Ronald Broussard will be officiating. Entombment will follow in St. Edward Church Mausoleum.
Visitation will begin 7 a.m. Saturday at Journet and Bolden Funeral Home Chapel until time of services. A Rosary will be recited at 9 a.m.

He was a member of St. Edward Catholic Church. He was a previous employee of Martin Mills for 19 years until they their closed its doors. At the time of his passing, he was currently employed at Bayou Pipe Company for the last 9 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mark and Florence Allen Sr.; one son Alex Willis; two brothers Mark Allen Jr. and Jimmy Beals and one sister, Patricia Credit. On the evening of October 15, 2009, here in New Iberia, the Lord came and took George home.
George leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Jeanette E. Allen, of Jeanerette; his only daughter Latoya Willis, (her mother, Hilda), both of St. Martinville; seven sisters Joyce Allen, Sleva (Emile) Dell Allen, Brenda Kately, Winnie (Tyrone) Dyes, Deatra (Thaddeus) Allen Lee of Houston, Beverly (Ronald) Castille of New Orleans, Patricia (Calvin) Jackson of Gulf Port, Miss.; six brothers Matthew (Marie) Allen Sr., Samuel (Janae) Allen, Emile (Lisa) Allen, Keith Allen, Alfred (Connie ) Beal and John (Cathy) Allen of Beaumont, Texas; two aunts and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be members of the family.
