LOREAUVILLE — Funeral services will be conducted for Kathleen “Kathy” Latiolais Holtzclaw, 59, at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 2, 2009, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, with Father Buddy Breaux officiating. Interment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 1, 2009, from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m.with a Rosary being prayed at 6:30 p.m. Visitation will resume Thursday from 8 a.m. until service time.

A native and lifelong resident of Loreauville, Kathy died Tuesday, June 30, 2009, at 8:55 a.m. in a Lafayette health care facility.

Survivors include her father, Walter J. Latiolais of Loreauville; children Silas Holtzclaw and wife, Renee, of New Iberia and Quinlynn Holtzclaw Robin and husband, Timothy, of Youngsville; two brothers Walter J. Latiolais Jr. and Scott Latiolais both of Loreauville; one sister Connie Guidry of New Iberia; grandchildren Tyler Mitchell, Matthew and Jordan Holtzclaw and her former husband, Robert S. Holtzclaw.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Toffier Latiolais.
